THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
Items will be exchanged or store credit provided.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Customers have the ability to update carts prior to paying. Make sure your cart is accurate prior to finalizing and paying for your order. Once you place the order, there are no cancellations. You are responsible for reading our policies before purchasing.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If an order is canceled by Platinum Creative Designs for any reason, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us shawn@platinumcreativedesigns.com within 15 business days of receiving the item.
If an item is accidentally omitted or if you were sent the wrong item please contact me at shawn@platinumcreativedesigns.com within 15 Business Days of receiving your items for a replacement/exchange or store credit.
FAILURE TO CONTACT ME WITH 15 BUSINESS DAYS WILL VOID REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT for any reasons previously listed. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
