Shipping policy

All orders are shipped UPS Ground. For faster delivery your order will ship UPS 3 Day Select.  Shipping by any other means will incur extra shipping cost (please contact us for other options).

Economy (1 to 5 business days) is $9.95 flat rate per order. Standard (3 business days) is $15.95 flat rate per order. Please note orders ship within 3-5 business days.  

SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE!

If an order is returned to the sender by the post office, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping costs to re-send the order. Please double check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by the customer entering an incorrect address or failure to update addresses if customers have moved.

PLEASE NOTE: We have ZERO control over the speed of the US Postal Service. Once your package leaves our hands, it's beyond our control.

Customers will receive tracking for all orders. Shipping is available in the United States ONLY. Platinum Creative Designs does not ship on Sundays or Holidays.

We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages once it has shipped.
